We started with the problem

With a housing deficit estimated at about 18 million (up from 17million in 2012 when it was estimated that the Country required 700,000 units annually compared to less than 100,000 currently being developed according to the National Bureau of Statistics), attempt at disaggregating the shortfall along housing types, points to a grimmer picture Similarly, Data from the World Bank shows 40% of the food produced in Nigeria goes bad before getting to their final consumer.

The processing aspect of the Nigerian agriculture sector remains significantly neglected, causing considerable losses in the value chain. These losses start from the point of production where farmers use low- quality seeds and inputs until the point of consumption. The Nigerian population is expected to continue to grow, fuelled by both immigration and births.

As the economy improves after Covid-19 impacts, increasing demand for Affordable Properties and Food will drive up product prices , Sales rates and reduce vacancies.
